I will assume all responsibility, risks and hazards in connection with my participation in the above activities and specifically waive, release, absolve, indemnify, agree not to sue, and agree to hold harmless the owner, family members, and their agents, associates, workers and volunteers for any loss, damage or injury to me, my dog or other animal, or to any property arising out of activities at or in connection with the trial. I understand that I will be required to compensate the owner for livestock injured or destroyed during my participation in the event at the time such injury occurs.
